Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup coconut milk (or coconut yogurt for a thicker texture)

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings: sliced fresh mango, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, and edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced mango, frozen banana, coconut milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend on high speed until you achieve a creamy consistency, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut milk a little at a time.

Once blended, pour the smoothie into a bowl, creating a smooth, even surface on top.

Carefully arrange the sliced fresh mango and a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top of the smoothie.

Add a handful of granola, a few extra chia seeds, and any edible flowers for visual appeal.

Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon.
