Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: Season the cubed sirloin steak generously with salt and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sear the Steak: Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on one side until browned, then flip to brown the other side for another 2-3 minutes. You want them to be medium-rare; cook longer if preferred.

Make Garlic Butter: Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, making sure not to burn the garlic.

Combine: Toss the seared steak bites in the garlic butter until well coated. Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
